Poland's President Andrzej Duda is concluding his visit to the United States with an appearance at the United Nations Global Africa Business Initiative Forum and a visit to the Józef Piłsudski

Institute of America. During his participation in the UN event, President Duda will focus on countering Russian disinformation, as reported by the Polish state news agency PAP.

The UN Global Africa Business Initiative Forum serves as a platform for African leaders, business executives, and senior officials, including UN Secretary-General António Guterres, to come together. Marcin Przydacz, the Polish president's top foreign policy aide, emphasized the importance of direct dialogues with African leaders in combating Russian disinformation and providing an accurate portrayal of the situation in Ukraine.

Additionally, President Duda is expected to discuss Africa's development as a means to alleviate migration pressures on Europe. Later in the day, President Duda and First Lady Agata Kornhauser-Duda are scheduled to visit the Józef Piłsudski Institute of America, a Polish cultural and scientific institution in New York with an 80-year history.

During his five-day visit to the United States, President Duda addressed the UN General Assembly, participated in a UN Security Council debate on the Ukraine conflict, and engaged in numerous bilateral meetings with leaders, including UN Secretary-General Guterres, Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan, Moldovan President Maia Sandu, and Baltic leaders.

President Duda and First Lady Agata Kornhauser-Duda also met with representatives of America's Jewish community to discuss trans-Atlantic relations. During this meeting at Poland's UN mission in New York, President Duda presented Stanlee Joyce Stahl from the Jewish Foundation for the Righteous with an award for her exceptional service to the Righteous Among the Nations living in Poland.
