In Nairobi, President Duda convened with his Kenyan counterpart, President William Ruto, to deliberate on strengthening bilateral relations, amplifying economic cooperation, and addressing international security concerns, as affirmed by the Polish President's Office.
Following their discussions, President Duda expressed optimism regarding the potential for expanded economic collaboration between Poland and Kenya. He emphasized the significance of his visit, marking the first-ever trip by a Polish president to Kenya since the establishment of diplomatic relations 61 years ago.
In a joint press conference with President Ruto, President Duda underscored the substantial economic prospects for both nations. He delineated various sectors ripe for collaboration, including agriculture, renewable energy, environmental protection, and medical services.
